Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations may result in a charge of up to the full-service amount.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled service will incur a penalty fee equal to 50% of the cleaning cost.

If you cancel when our cleaners arrive or are already onsite, the full service amount will be charged.

Refund Policy

JC&M Cleaning Solutions offers a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion

by contacting info@jcmcleaningsolutions.com .

Requests made after 24 hours from service completion are not eligible for corrections or refunds.

We will take corrective action, which may include a re-clean or a partial refund depending on the situation.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time.
